Once we have received your return we will email you confirmation of receipt. If we do not email you we have not received it yet. Please check using your tracking code that we have received the item and contact us for any more help.
If an item is returned to us without tracking information and we do not receive it we are unable to action a refund or exchange.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt.
Please fill out and include the enclosed returns form. Items without the return form cannot be accepted, please contact us if you need a new one.
Once approved we will then issue a refund (minus shipping costs) within 28 days or confirm and send the requested replacement.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please complete the returns form and send both the form and parcel to:

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Please check the date of your dispatch email. UK orders can take up to 4 working days to reach you and European and Rest of World orders can take up to 7 working days to reach you.
If it is past this time scale please contact us as soon as possible as all orders are traceable.
If your item is in stock it will be shipped within 5 working days (most items are sent the next working day)
If your item is not in stock you will receive an email advising of when this will be.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. Please allow 1-4 working days from your dispatch confirmation email.
International orders are sent via a Royal Mail alternative. European orders should reach you within 3-5 working days and the Rest of World within 3-7 working days.

Standard UK delivery charge is £4.50 per order with free delivery on orders of more than £100. European and Rest of World delivery is £8 per order.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

However sizes will vary from style to style due to the fit of the item. Please see individual items for more sizing information.

Orders can be cancelled up until you receive your dispatch confirmation email, after this time you will need to return the item to us.
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
As a rule we are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete.
However if you contact us before your order has been shipped we will do our best to accommodate any changes you may wish to make.
